Music is Our Passion
Aeromusic is a full production music recording studio operating in East Vancouver. We have been in business for over 20 years and have had a pleasure of assisting a mutlitude of artists express their vision. We offer a large well equipped recording space, including drums, amplifiers keyboards and intruments[see our gear page] and athe services of an engineer/producer to ensure your project meets your expectations on time and on budget. We also offer mixing mastering, editing and a variety of transfer options to bring tape, Dat and Adat into the .wav format. We also have experience producing audio for commercials and voice overs. Our rates are reasonable, allowing a relaxed and creative work environment.

Tokai 'Precision' Bass
Lots of external processing, including Lexicon, TC Electronics, Ashley, and a wide variety of guitar fx.
Microphones by Neumann, AKG, Beyer, Electrovoice and Shure
Keyboards including vintage Hammond B3 and Leslie, Wurlitzer 200 piano, Alesis Synth.
Instument amplification including a variety of vintage Fender Supro, Ampeg and Marshall amps and cabs . Bass amplification is by Gallien Kruger and Ampeg 8x10
The Recording Chain
We start with experience. Knowing how to choose and place the right microphone coupled with the right preamp for the voice or instrument is the key to getting the right sound.. We track through a variety of Neve/Amek amd UA preamps intro externally clocked interfaces by Digidesign and Steinberg. then into Cubase recording software. Monitoring and some external mixing is provded by a Soundcraft Ghost 32 channel console and Adam studio monitors. Headphone mixing is via 5 individually controllable Furman mis stations.
